We operate dedicated country stores for Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States, and many more countries globally. Orders placed through your local country store will be fulfilled from the nearest available dispatch location for the fastest possible delivery.

Delivery times vary by country and chosen shipping method. The following are general estimates for major markets:

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import fees may be assessed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Returns and Refunds
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a description of the issue and supporting photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
Returns for Change of Mind
Unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, subject to the specific returns policy of the country store through which you made your purchase. The cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns is generally borne by the customer. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Custom-Sized Orders
Products made to custom specifications (non-standard sizes) are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before placing a custom order. Our team is happy to advise if you are unsure.

Refund Processing
